How long will my order take to make and ship?
All orders are made only after cleared funds are received. During busy periods, please allow approximately 7 Business days (it’s usually a lot less, more like 24-48 business hours, or the same day in many cases) for your order to be made and posted. If you need your order quickly we will do our very best to accommodate your needs, so please send me an email to discuss. We also offer Express postage as an option as well. We recommend creating and/or logging in to your account to place orders, this will ensure that email updates as to the progress of your order are sent.

Please visit our Shipping Policy for more information. Alternatively, when you add items to your cart, you can calculate the shipping cost. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Do you make custom orders?
Unfortunately we are no longer able to accommodate custom orders.
Does your studio operate every day?
Our studio operates Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our studio is closed on Tuesday and generally no packages are posted on this day either. Our studio does not operate on weekends.
Discount codes
Only ONE discount code can be applied to an order at any time. Discount codes on the Bow Headbands range can be found in the individual product listings. We also offer our valued VIP customers discount codes from time to time, so please sign up to our newsletter for further details. Please note that discount codes MUST be applied at the time of ordering. They cannot be applied retrospectively.
Where do I add my discount code?
On a PC: You can enter the discount code on the Shipping Method OR Payment page of the checkout in the box called 'discount code'.
On a Mobile Device: You can enter the discount code in the box called 'discount code' just above where you select your payment method.
Do you sell your products anywhere else but here?
Yes! Please see our Markets, Events and Stockists page for up to date info. We attend a few markets around Melbourne and have a several stockists.
Do you wholesale your products?
Yes we do. Please fill out the wholesale registration details HERE.
Will my top knot or bow knot headbands come pre-tied?
If you select either tracked shipping or express shipping (or you spend over $75 and qualify for free tracked shipping) they will come pre-tied. If you select non-tracked priority post, they will NOT come pre-tied. The reason for this is that Australia Post requires letter rate post to be a maximum of 2cm in thickness. If these headbands are pre-tied, they will sit higher than 2cm in thickness.
If you would like your headbands pre-tied, please ensure that you select the appropriate shipping option.
***HINT*** If when you tie your headband, you find that the ends are too long, try tying the second knot a little bit more loosely.
How do I tie my top knot headband?
Visit our blog post which contains a video link explaining how to tie your top knot headband. We recommend that you tie the headbands on the person who will be wearing them for the perfect fit, as opposed to using them pre-tied. This will ensure the perfect fit and comfort level.
Are your hair clips fully lined?
Yes, we use 45mm alligator clips which are fully lined with grosgrain ribbon and each comes with a non-slip silicone grip. Therefore there is no nasty metal coming into contact with your child’s scalp.
Will the hair clips stay put in my little one’s hair?
The non-slip silicone grip assists the hair clips in staying in your little ones fine hair. The feedback from mum’s has been very positive about the grips that we use.
How long will my parcel take to arrive?
All orders will be made and shipped after we have received cleared funds into our bank account. In most cases your order will be made and shipped within in 24-48 business hours after this. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and shipped after payment has cleared.
Australia Post is used to ship all orders. To assist in estimating postage times please visit the Australia Post website in most cases parcels will be shipped from postcode 3978. Priority Post stickers are used on our letter rate options – Non-tracked post and Signature on Delivery post. Please note that we are unable to leave delivery instructions on your parcels.
Shipping and Handling
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all orders are generally shipped within 24-48 business hours of cleared payment (often a lot less!). We use Australia Post for all of our shipping. We do our best to ensure that your items arrive safely by packaging them accordingly. If you have selected a postage option with tracking, you will be advised of the tracking number which you can then use to track your item through the Australia Post website. Suggested delivery times can also be accessed via this website: www.auspost.com.au.
- ‘Non-tracked’ postage: items will be sent in a padded bag or tough bag to ensure that the items are protected. There is NO TRACKING with this type of post. Packages will be sent with a Priority Post sticker to assist in reducing the time they take to be delivered. Please note that NO responsibility can be taken for these items once they are posted as we have no control over Australia Post deliveries. This applies only to items that are under 2cm thickness.
- Postage with signature on delivery: Items will be posted in a padded bag or tough bag and shipped with a Priority Post sticker to assist in reducing shipping time. Signature on Delivery is our recommended postage option, as it includes insurance on items purchased.
- Parcel Rate: These items will be posted in either a box to protect the contents such as hard headbands or a pre-paid satchel with the items well wrapped to ensure safe transit. These items come with limited tracking. Signature on delivery can be added for an additional fee.
- Express Post: items will be posted in an Express Post satchel. Please note that express post items will be posted the day following cleared payment where possible. It is advised to make contact to ensure that this can occur before placing an ‘urgent’ order.
- Please note that we are unable to leave delivery notes on your parcels.
- We DO NOT ship to PARCEL LOCKERS. Please provide a residential, business or PO Box address.
Do you ship overseas?
DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT SHIPPING OVERSEAS AT PRESENT.
We currently ship to United Kingdom , New Zealand and Singapore. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that we ship to your country and to obtain a shipping quote for countries other than these. The shipping and handling charges listed at the checkout are only relevant for deliveries within Australia and the listed countries. Please note that if you do place an order via the website first, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges and an invoice will be sent accordingly.
What payment options do you offer?
Payments accepted include:

- AfterPay – Learn more about AfterPay HERE Please ensure that you enter your email address at the checkout (you can't elect to just checkout using your phone number). Afterpay will not let you proceed without supplying your email address.
Returns Policy
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately (no later than 5 days after receiving your order) if there is a problem with your order. While we take every care to ensure that your order is correct, sometimes mistakes are made, so please let us know and we will do our best to rectify it for you quickly.
If you believe that your item is faulty please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. It should be returned in the original packaging and be unworn. If it is determined by Cheeky Little Fox that the item is faulty it will be exchanged for you and re-issued free of charge.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges available on custom made or sale items.
There are no refunds for change of mind and incorrect size selection, however exchange is offered. If you change your mind, the product must be returned in original packaging and in unworn/unused condition at the purchaser’s expense with tracking details. It must also be accompanied by a prepaid, self-addressed satchel (with tracking) for the new items to be posted out in. The items must be received by Cheeky Little Fox within 7 days of initial contact.

In the event that a refund is issued: Please note that orders paid using AfterPay, ZipPay, Shopify Payments and PayPal will be refunded, less the fees that we are charged by these organisations, as we still have to pay these fees regardless.
If your item is damaged in transit please do not throw out packaging. Contact us and Australia Post and we/they will advise you of how to proceed.
Safety
Safety is very important to us at Cheeky Little Fox. All of our products are handmade using high quality materials. Most contain small parts and while every measure has been taken to ensure that they are secured safely, it is important to ensure that children are always supervised by an adult when wearing our products. Please also ensure that hair clips, beanies and headbands are removed before your child goes to sleep. Our hair/head accessories and hair clip organisers are not toys. Please also dispose of any plastic packaging immediately.
