COVID-19 UPDATE

 

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive, as the Australia Post network, is operating in a reduced capacity due to social distancing requirements and due to border closures and limited aircraft availability.

Australia Post has advised that they cannot guarantee Express Shipping and Regular Post will arrive within the suggested time frames outlined on their website. Therefore, please allow extra time for your parcel to arrive when considering ordering.

We want to assure our customers that we are doing everything possible to ensure the highest levels of hygiene when preparing your orders. We also want to thank you for your understanding at this time.

 

 SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Unit 4, 14 Hamersley Drive, Clyde North, VIC 3978. As we do not have a shop front, we do not offer a pick up option.

Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and sent via Australia Post. Orders will generally be shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and Tuesday’s), unless otherwise stated on the Banner on our website.

Please note that we are unable to leave delivery notes on your parcels.

We DO NOT ship to PARCEL LOCKERS. Please provide a residential, business or PO Box address.
